Alphabet City neighbors the infamous Lower East Side (L.E.S.) and has a few gems of it’s own, one of our favorites is Doc Holidays. Walking South you can’t miss it with a mural painted by Chico depicting Doc holiday and fellow gunslingers. You’ll find bras above the bar, Johhny Cash in the jukebox and Busch beer on special. We’ve had a story or two from this place including the bartender blacking out in the middle of pouring us a shot of whiskey. Stop in for Happy hour and every beer you buy you get a buy back.
