The Library in Alphabet City or Library bar as it’s often referred to is a place you have to hit. They have one of the best Happy Hours of any Bar in NYC, two for one drinks from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m which includes their tall boy cans. On Saturday’s, happy hour starts at 3 p.m which is great if your nursing a hangover and need a little hair of the dog or just plain broke and need a good buzz going on a tight budget.
