Sept.24th & 25th is your last chance to ride a piece of New York City subway history. These trains, which first rolled into service in 1917, are running on the 2 and 3 line Saturday and Sunday noon-6pm making stops at 96th Street, 72nd Street, and 42nd Street Times Square. Put your beer down and take a ride on one of these before they put them back into the MTA’s rail museum for good.
